A 20 x 16 deck with gas grill and remote controlled awning is a great addition for lingering outside on summer evenings, after a day enjoying all this area has to offer. There is central A/C in the house to keep it cool when it gets hot out. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with overflow sleeping available on pullout sofa beds, afford plenty of sleeping space. This home has a whole-house generator if needed.
